Under the auspices of Genesis Health & Wellness, our very own René David Alkalay, PhD, ND, AFAA, provides an extensive selection of health and wellness services. As a healer, yogi and board certified naturopathic practitioner, Dr. Alkalay brings a wealth of knowledge to provide clients with a total integration of mind, body and spirit in their quest for health and well-being.

In addition to our ongoing classes, GTOL runs special workshops throughout the year to help you deepen your understanding of and experience with yoga, meditation and other holistic practices. For actual dates, times and fees click on the WORKSHOPS tab in our schedule.

Kids can learn to work cooperatively as well as learn to care and nurture themselves. Our camp is sure to create lasting memories, new friendships, and a foundation for health and well-being! Includes yoga, martial arts, snack-making, arts & crafts and song & dance.

Feel the need to get away and recharge your batteries? GTOL offers two destinations that provide relaxing, re-energizing retreats. You can plan a full vacation week or short weekend stays throughout the year. Or try one of our scheduled GTOL Workshops on Retreat which include yoga, meditation, Pranayama and tips on healthy living. Announcements are made here on our site and in our newsletter, so be sure to sign up to receive it. These retreats are great for the whole family, groups of friends, couples or for special YOU time.
