200 Hour Yoga Certification

Pre-Requisites

Participants in first Level Yoga Teachers’ Training must have at least two years of an established personal yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga Beginners’ I

Hatha Yoga Intermediate I
Hatha Yoga Intermediate II

The Healing Breath: Pranayama
Introduction to Meditation: Yoga Nidra and Shithali Karana
Introduction to Yoga Science
Anatomy & The Science of Body Systems
Nutritional Science
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: 1st and 2nd padas.
Student Supervised Teaching

Graduation Requirements:

The participant in this program must maintain a 70% grade average. The student must demonstrate proficiency in Hatha
Yoga practice through the first three levels. The student must complete a 58 hour internship of supervised teaching.

COST: $2,800.00

Kundalini/Tantra Yoga: A Western Model
Kundalini & Tantra Yoga: An Eastern Model
Bhagavad Gita; Hathayogapradipika, Brahma sutras, Shiva Sutras,
Yoga Sutras – 3rd and 4th padas
Supervised teaching

Workshops

Advanced certification workshops include lecture and practicum. A sadhana journal must be kept throughout the program and is submitted weekly. A
dream journal is also kept and journal entries for submission are limited to
one submission weekly.

250 hours + 100 hours of supervised teaching. The student must demonstrate proficiency in Hatha Yoga practice through level 4 and 5.The student must complete a 64 hour internship of supervised teaching.
Feedback is provided throughout the program and weekly examinations are given.

COST: $3,200.00

Journaling

A Sadhana journal must be kept throughout your time in the program.This journal is to be submitted for peer review.

Graduation Requirements:

The participant in this program must maintain a 70% grade average. A final exam is given at the end of each module and a term paper is to be submitted. Guidelines are given with the workshop
materials. Yoga asanas for the advanced practitioner. It is strongly recommended that you maintain a disciplined personal practice. Meditative practice at this level continues the practice of Shithali Karana.

Additional Expenses:

Intensive weekend and weeklong retreats are required for
immersion in the yoga lifestyle.ues the practice of Shithali Karana.
